Cheers to 60 Years! Rose Arts Festival: Then & Now is a celebration of The Rose Arts Festival through the years. In collaboration with Otis Library, the Rose Arts Festival Planning Committee is excited to display the festival archives dating back to the first event in 1965. Hosted by Norwich Free Academy and The Slater Museum, join us for a viewing of the exhibit complimented by a reception featuring hors' d'oeuvres from Chef Kim, and a selection of beer & wine.
